Jain Irrigation Systems is the manufacturer of drip and sprinkler irrigation systems and components, PVC, polyethylene & polypropylene piping systems, plastic sheets, dehydrated onions and vegetables, processed fruits, tissue culture, hybrid & grafted plants, greenhouses, poly and shade houses, bio-fertilizers, solar water heating systems and solar photovoltaic appliances (solar lighting systems).
Jain Irrigation is the only manufacturer of complete drip irrigation systems in the world. It is the largest producer of plastic pipes in India. It annually processes over 1,00,000 MT of different polymers. It is the largest processor of fruits & vegetables in India. It is the largest mango pulp processor in the organized sector with built up capacity of about 58,000 - 60,000 MTs per annum. All divisions of the company are ISO-9001:2001 accredited by RWTUV, Germany. The irrigation, plastic piping & plastic sheet divisions are ISO-9001:2001 & ISO-14001:2004 accredited by RWTUV, Germany. The food division has achieved certifications of HACCP, SGF & KOSHER. It is the largest producer of tissue culture banana plants in India. The company has a 50% market share in the drip and irrigation systems in India. The company`s market share in gas PE pipes is 60% with a major share induct pipes.
The company has identified higher diameter HDPE pipes as a new niche segment. The company is investing in facilities to cater to this segment.
