It also offers assembly services comprise wafer grinding and chip sawing, and MEMS, multi-chip ICs, RF modules, optical device, and analog/power ICs assembly services. In addition, the company provides research and development, and engineering services, including mass production, test engineering, and assembly engineering solutions. Further, it is involved in manufacture and sale of medical equipment; provision of digital information supply services; and commodity broker businesses. The company serves semiconductor design houses, IDMs, and wafer foundries. The company was formerly known as More Power Electronic Co., Ltd.
