PFC Business Profile
Petrofac Limited, an oilfield service company, provides facilities solutions to the oil and gas production and processing industry worldwide. The company operates in four segments: Onshore Engineering & Construction, Offshore Projects & Operations, Engineering & Consulting Services, and Integrated Energy Services. The Onshore Engineering & Construction segment provides engineering, procurement, and construction project execution services to the onshore oil and gas industry. The Offshore Projects & Operations segment offers offshore engineering, operations, and maintenance services in onshore and offshore areas; and engineering, procurement, and construction project execution services to the offshore oil and gas industry. The Engineering & Consulting Services segment provides technical engineering, consultancy, conceptual design, front end engineering and design, and project management consultancy services for various sectors, including renewables and carbon capture. The Integrated Energy Services segment co-invests with partners in oil and gas production, and processing and transportation assets; and offers production improvement services, and oil and gas related technical competency training and consultancy services. The company has a strategic alliance with BowLeven plc for the development of the Etinde Permit, Cameroon. Petrofac Limited was founded in 1981 and is based in St Helier, the Channel Islands.
