Godrej Properties is a real estate development company involved in the business of residential, commercial and township development. The residential consists of various types of accommodation. The commercial includes office space catering to blue-chip Indian and international companies, IT parks catering to the requirements of IT/ITES companies and retail space. The township includes integrated townships consisting of residential and commercial developments. GPL has completed 16 residential and 7 commercial projects, aggregating to 5.13 million sq ft of developable area. The current market capitalization stands at Rs 3,613.10 crore. The company has reported a consolidated sales of Rs 306.50 crore and a Net Profit of Rs 60.59 crore for the quarter ended September 2013.
