LONG Business Profile
eLong, Inc. is an online travel service provider in China with a focus on online hotel bookings. It provides its customers with travel information and the ability to book hotel rooms, air tickets and other services utilizing its modern customer service centers and Web and mobile technology. eLong, and with its subsidiaries and variable interest entities (VIEs), is engaged in the provision of travel services, including hotel reservation services, airline ticketing, and Internet-related advertising in the People�s Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The Company operates in two segments: Hotel and Air. The Company has also developed an electronic confirmation system that enables participating hotel suppliers to receive customer reservation information and confirm reservations through its online interface with the hotel supplier. It offers its travel services through its eLong-branded Websites, www.eLong.com, www.eLong.net and www.xici.net.
