LCUT Business Profile
Lifetime Brands, Inc. designs, sources and sells branded kitchenware, tabletop and other products used in the home. The Company operates in two segments: the Wholesale segment, which is the Company�s primary business that designs, markets and distributes its products to retailers and distributors, and the Retail Direct segment in which the Company markets and sells a limited selection of its products through its Pfaltzgraff, Mikasa, Lifetime Sterling and Housewares Deals Internet Websites. The Company�s product categories include two categories of products: Kitchenware, consisting primarily of kitchen tools and gadgets, cutlery, cutting boards, bakeware and cookware, and Tabletop, consisting primarily of dinnerware, flatware and glassware, and Home Solutions, which comprises other products used in the home food storage, pantryware, spices and home decor.
