BUSINESS PROFILE : Orbit Corp. (OCL) was incorporated in the year 2000 as Orbit Cybertech. In 2006, the name was changed to the present one . The company is in to real estate construction and development, with primary focus on redevelopment of existing properties. It endeavours to specialize in developing, designing and managing high-end residential and commercial properties. OCL is currently focusing on redevelopment of residential properties in Mumbai. OCL is also engaged in real estate activities through its subsidiaries Orbit Constructions & Realtors, Orbit Buildcon & Realty and Orbit Housing. A team of architects who have established their credentials in the industry like Hafeez Contractor, Won Chiu Man from Singapore, Talati & Panthky and Atul Desai & Associates have worked with it. In the year 2006, the company acquired three properties at Worli seaface, Altamount Road and Bandra Kurla Complex. In FY2006, the company had one project, Orbit Arya, under progress. The project is expected to be completed by FY 2008

it has bullish engulfed pattern on chart for medium term look for a trgt around 374-418 level.It is now trading at a discount of 25-27% its NAV value.Orbit corp & HDIl are 2 companies which will outperform in 2010.
