BUSINESS PROFILE :
Indiabulls Financial Services Limited was established in the year 2000 by three promoters, all of whom are engineers from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. The investors include the proprietary fund of Mr. L.N. Mittal - LNM India Internet Ventures Limited, Transatlantic Corporation Ltd., Farallon Capital Partners L. P. and Infinity Technology Trustee Private Limited.
Indiabulls is essentially engaged in providing financial services in equity, derivatives and debt markets. The company`s other financial services include distributorship of insurance products, mutual fund advisory, depository for listed shares, equity research and other non banking financial services.
Their headquarters are co-located in Mumbai and Delhi. Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd. is listed on the National Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange, Luxembourg Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange.
Indiabulls became the first company to bring FDI in Indian Real Estate through a JV with Farallon Capital Management LLC, a respected US based investment firm

| buy buy & buy at level below 128 in huge quantity but whenever it crosses 153 sell 50 % immediate & thenafter wait long term for max target 285. |

| Sajid,please read business profile first also take into consideration following points-A group scrip,promoter experiance is good,from beginning FII stake minimum 40% of total capital also DII,From 27.11.09 form new ICEX (partnership)having 40% the bigger partner & other second partner is MMTC 26%,24.07.09 Qualified institution placement allot 56140350 fully paid up equity shares at a price of Rs.171,life low 80.60 minimum risk max profit,projected book value for mar 2010 not less than 140,economic times says co.will separate form his insurance business own stake 74% & 26% stake sogecap france,List in bse nse lux & in london also,crisil rating AA-/-stable,founded in 2000 10 years complete,etc...... without panic,cool mind & hold but anyhow max capital invest not more 25% also I recommend selmcl,dolat investment,aeonia. |
