Goldstone Technologies (GOLTECH), formerly known as Goldstone Engineering, is a global IT services company offering business and technology solutions. The company was incorporated as a private limited company on Mar. 18, 1994 and was converted into a public limited company Aug. The company provides services like IPTV, technical support outsourcing, Forte (UDS) migration, business integration, application development, application maintenance and consulting services. It has three development centers in Secunderabad and Jaipur in India and Fremont, USA. The company operates in USA, Europe, Japan and India. It is ISO 9001:2000 certified. The company has a network operating center in Singapore/Taiwan for delivering IPTV globally. It has a franchisee agreement with Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) for providing IPTV, video on demand and interactive gaming services; agreements with 12 Indian and international channels for global distribution; an agreement with Asia Today Mauritius, a subsidiary of Zee Telefilms to market, sell and distribute Zee channels to subscribers in eight countries in the Asia Pacific region on its IPTV service; and agreements with Shemaroo Entertainment and US-based Echelon Studios for video content. The company has formed an alliance with US based Legend Films, Inc. to jointly market colorization services worldwide with worldwide rights of 12 Indian feature films. The company through its subsidiary, Goldstone Media, would be producing feature film resolution restoration and colorization as well as a full complement of high-end special effects. The company has partnerships with Sun Microsystems, BEA Star Partner Program, Axway, IBM, Oracle, Informatica, Tibco, Business Objects, Microsoft, and GCA. It has over 45 customers from US, Japan, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Australia and South Africa. The company has dual headquarters in USA and India and registered office at 9-1-83 and 84, Amarchand Sharma Complex, S.D. Road, Secunderabad-500003, Andhra Pradesh. |
