BUSINESS PROFILE : BSEL Infrastructure Realty (BSEL) was established in 1995 as Bell South Enterprises and later in 1998 it became BSEL Information System. The company got its current name in August 2003, when it started focusing on infrastructure development activities. BSEL, a Navi Mumbai based company, is primarily engaged in construction activities and BSEL tech park in Vashi, Navi Mumbai is its flagship project. BSEL Tech Park with saleable area of around 300,000 square feet is a commercial complex with shops, offices and recreational areas. The company`s other projects include Kasturi Villa at Kharghar, a residential complex jointly developed with M/s Sagar Enterprises; 22,000 sq ft fully furnished offices at Hilton Centre at CBD Belapur which the company sold in FY06; 80,000 sq ft property at Vashi railway station out of which 60,000 is leased out. BSEL Infrastructure Realty FZE, a wholly owned subsidiary of BSEL, is engaged in developing residential, commercial & retail properties and townships in and around Dubai.
